We do our best to respond to all emails as quickly as possible and within 24 hours at the latest.

Order fulfillment

The average time to produce and prepare your order for shipping is 2 to 3 business days.

Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so you get your order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production. If we receive your request to change your order before your order enters production we will be able to change it for you. If your order is already in production when we receive your request to change it unfortunately it is too late. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for errors made when placing an order.

Our free economy shipping is available when shipping to addresses located in the continental United States only. Domestic shipping transit times are 1-8 days depending on your proximity to our facility in Detroit, MI.

Economy shipping to domestic addresses is handled by UPS Surepost/UPS mail innovations. Both UPS SurePost and Mail innovations are handled by UPS and delivered by the postal service.

Yes. For an additional cost you can choose expedited shipping at checkout. You can choose 2 day shipping (2 business days) or overnight (1 business day) shipping.

Currently we only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We will be expanding our services to be fully international in the near future.

Yes. You will receive tracking information sent to the email address you provided at checkout when your order ships. Tracking information is updated by the shipping providers as your package is scanned in and out of their facilities as it makes its way to your delivery address.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge to you.

It is not within our normal policy to refund orders or items. We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges and all sales are final. If your product contains an error or defect we will replace it no cost to you.
